Golden Glove Goalkeeping – Terms & Conditions

By registering for or participating in any training session, camp, clinic, or event organized by Golden Glove Goalkeeping, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participation in soccer training, camps, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accidents, or unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any Golden Glove Goalkeeping activity.

2. Medical & Physical Fitness
   I certify that the participant is physically fit and capable of safely participating in camp and training activities. I agree to notify Golden Glove Goalkeeping of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations that may affect participation.

3. Waiver & Release of Liability
   I hereby release, waive, and discharge Golden Glove Goalkeeping, its owners, coaches, staff, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in any training session, camp, clinic, or event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

4. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Glove Goalkeeping and its representatives from and against any claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising from participation in any Golden Glove Goalkeeping activity.

5. Media Release
   I grant permission to Golden Glove Goalkeeping to use photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during camps or training sessions for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

6. Camp Merchandise & Gloves
   Certain camps, programs, or events may include complimentary goalkeeper gloves or other merchandise as part of registration. Sizes and availability are not guaranteed and may be substituted if necessary. Included merchandise is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once distributed.

7. Cancellation & Credit Policy
   Golden Glove Goalkeeping does not offer refunds for camps, clinics, training sessions, or events. If a participant is unable to attend, a credit may be issued toward a future Golden Glove Goalkeeping program at the discretion of management.

Credits:

• Must be requested prior to the event start date whenever possible.

• Are non-transferable.

• Have no cash value.

• Must be used within 12 months of the original event date.

8. Missed Sessions
   Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, or other circumstances are not guaranteed replacement sessions or credits. Golden Glove Goalkeeping will make reasonable efforts to accommodate emergencies when possible.

9. Weather & Event Changes
   Golden Glove Goalkeeping reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, or modify events due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may receive a future event credit or rescheduled session.

10. Code of Conduct
    Golden Glove Goalkeeping reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe behavior, repeated misconduct, bullying, disrespect toward coaches or players, or actions deemed harmful to the camp environment. No refunds or credits will be issued in these situations.

By completing registration and/or payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability.
