At Golden Glove Goalkeeping, our gloves are designed for serious goalkeepers and sold in limited quantities. Because goalkeeper latex is extremely delicate and performance-based, we keep our return policy simple and fair for everyone.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We gladly offer:

• Size exchanges

• Store credit

• Replacements for manufacturer defects

within 14 days of delivery.

Gloves must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

• Without visible wear, dirt, turf burn, or latex damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Used Gloves

Once gloves have been used in training or matches, they are considered final sale.

Goalkeeper latex naturally wears very quickly, especially on turf, dry ground, or improper surfaces. Normal latex wear is not considered a defect.

Defective Products

If your gloves arrive with a manufacturing issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• Brief explanation

If approved, we will replace the gloves or issue store credit.

No Refund Policy

To keep our gloves priced significantly lower than most premium goalkeeper brands, we do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, approved returns are issued as:

• Store credit

• Product exchange
