12 years. 7 countries. 450+ professional appearances. Now bringing every lesson from that career into developing Central Florida's next generation of goalkeepers.
Recruited to the Bayer Leverkusen Academy at 15, Devala Gorrick went on to a 12-year professional career: 450+ appearances across 7 countries, first-choice keeper from Puerto Rico to the Thai Premier League (back-to-back All-Star, 2012–13), IK Frej in Sweden, Ottawa Fury, and Saint Louis FC — captaining clubs in three nations, a 2016 USL Goalkeeper of the Year nominee, and a 2009 US Men's National Team camp call-up. Today he coaches Division I goalkeepers at UCF and leads Golden Glove GK, putting all of it into the next generation.
